On April 10, 2026 in accordance with the work plan of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus for 2026, a scientific and practical conference with international participation “Challenges of modern diagnostics. Priorities of molecular genetic diagnostics” is planned to be held in Minsk (Republic of Belarus).
Conference organizers:
- Administrative Department of the President of the Republic of Belarus;
- State Institution “Republican Clinical Medical Center” of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Belarus;
- Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus.
Venue: Victoria Olimp Hotel , 220020, Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Pobediteley Ave., 103.
The main areas of the conference:
- Medical genetics: oncogenetics, cardiogenetics, molecular genetic research in the diagnosis of infectious diseases;
- Molecular biological research.
The conference program covers a wide range of topics, from diagnostics and genetics of oncological and hereditary diseases to addressing antibiotic resistance issues:
- lectures and reports by leading Belarusian and foreign experts on the conference’s topics;
- an exhibition of products for molecular diagnostics, medicines and specialized medical literature.
In addition, it is planned to hold an educational seminar for laboratory doctors of bacteriological laboratories “Molecular genetic research methods in bacteriology”.
Participation in the conference will be recognized as time for improving professional knowledge in the specialty in the amount of 8 hours for medical specialists and 16 hours for speakers with the issuance of a participant certificate; participation in an educational seminar for laboratory doctors of bacteriological laboratories - 8 hours.
The following are invited to participate in the conference: laboratory doctors, including bacteriological laboratories, general practitioners, infectious disease specialists, clinical pharmacologists, cardiologists, pulmonologists, therapists, surgeons, urologists, epidemiologists.
