RCMC Specialists Took Part in the Russian Forum on Thrombosis and Hemostasis
The large-scale forum discussed modern approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of thrombosis, bleeding, and blood coagulation disorders

The Russian Forum on Thrombosis and Hemostasis (RFTH–2026) was held on March 12–14, 2026 in Moscow. The main organizer was the National Association of Specialists in Thrombosis, Clinical Hemostasiology and Hemorheology (NATF), of which the Center's specialist T.V. Vaganova is a member.


RFTH is a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue, experience exchange, and discussion of problems in the field of fundamental and clinical hemostasiology – on issues of thrombosis, bleeding, hemostasis pathology, hemorheology and microcirculation – for practicing physicians and researchers, as well as specialists in medical, biological, pharmaceutical and legal fields.

The RFTH program was extensive and rich – covering the most current aspects of fundamental and clinical hemostasiology, including personalized treatment and interdisciplinary interaction in a wide variety of clinical situations. Leading Russian specialists in hemostasiology delivered presentations, lively discussions with forum participants were held, expert opinions were expressed, and digital innovations and programs were discussed. Over 180 reports were presented.

The scientific program of RFTH–2026 addressed current issues in hemostasiology, including the diagnosis and treatment of thrombotic and hemorrhagic diseases and conditions, arterial and venous thrombosis in vascular catastrophes and sepsis, hemophilia, anemias and coagulopathies of various origins, patient blood management, organization of hemostasiological care, and the introduction of high-tech methods and drugs for the prevention and therapy of thrombohemorrhagic disorders.

For the first time in the Program, a special conference for nursing staff and a symposium on the use of AI were held.
