HEALTH SWIMMING IN THE POOL (weekdays)

• Program No. 1: heliotherapy (session 30 min)
• Program No. 2: heliotherapy + jacuzzi (session 45 min)
• Program No. 3: water aerobics + heliotherapy + jacuzzi (session 1 hour 30 minutes)
• Program No. 4: aqua gymnastics + heliotherapy + jacuzzi (session 45 min)

Sessions are held from 8.00 to 18.00

WEEKEND HEALTH PROGRAMS (on Saturdays).

We invite you to visit the Rehabilitation Department of the Center for Wellness Weekend Subscriptions.

Weekend Pass #1

1. Visit to the pool (service includes aqua gymnastics, stay in the solar simulator area, hydrotherapy in the jacuzzi bath, exercises on simulators in the water).    
2. Reception of massage procedures (the service includes the vacation of one of the types of massage: non-contact hydromassage, classic massage, apparatus or pneumocompression massage).
3. Speleotherapy.

Sessions 9:00; 10.15; 12.15 (Saturday).

Weekend Pass #2

1. Exercise in the gym (training at the unique Kinesis stations to strengthen the muscle corset, eliminate joint stiffness, Kaiser pneumatic simulators, TechnoGym simulators).
2. Reception of water procedures (one of the procedures in the bathroom: whirlpool bath, mineral pearl bath, underwater shower massage)
   
3. Speleotherapy.

Sessions 9.30; 10.30; 11.30 (Saturday).

The vacation time of procedures for weekend passes is up to 2.5 hours.

HOW TO GET TO THE HEALTH PROGRAM AT RCMC

Registration is carried out for the current week by calling the Contact Center (017) 543-44-44, subscriptions are issued at the Center's reception desk.

It is necessary to have accessories for visiting the pool (taking water procedures) and the gym with you.
