Terms of Service for the Lung Health Check-Up Program
- Laboratory blood tests and respiratory function tests are performed on an empty stomach (at least 8-12 hours after the last meal).
- No chest X-ray examinations during the calendar year or a referral from a specialist physician for a chest X-ray examination.
Rules for concluding a contract
To conclude an agreement, you must have your passport with you and provide written consent for the entry and processing of personal data and information constituting a medical secret.
