WHAT IS A RECEPTION LIKE?

During the visit, the medical specialist hears out the patient’s complaints, performs an initial examination, and makes a conclusion on the patient’s health status.

Following the results of the initial examination, diagnostics and treatment of disorders is initiated.

PREPARING FOR A VISIT TO A MEDICAL EXPERT

Please note: certain specialists admit patients only following a preliminary examination. These are:

• Endocrinologist
• Gastroenterologist
• Cardiologist
• Phlebologist.

If the patient was not examined previously, or was examined some long time ago, they may book an appointment to the relevant medical specialist and obtain a referral for relevant examination.

HOW TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH A SPECIALIST AN THE RCMC

1. Call the Contact Center to make an appointment
2. Conclude a contract for the provision of paid services at the registry office 
3. Pay the bill at the cash desk of the RCMC or or via ЕРИП (SSIS: Single Settlement and Information Space)
4. Come to the appointment on time.
