DIAGNOSTICS AND REHABILITATION OF CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM DISORDERS AT THE RCMC
Therapy and rehabilitation of widespread functional and organic disorders of the nervous system is carried out as part of special comprehensive programs. The comprehensive treatment programs comply with Clinical Guidelines “Diagnostics and Treatment of Nervous System Disorders” dated 30.12.2015, and are based on multidisciplinary examinations whose results are reviewed by our team of professionals.
- Comprehensive Treatment and Rehabilitation Program No. 1 Acute and chronic pain syndromes
Headache:
all kinds of hemicrania, tension headache. Facial pain syndrome- Medicinal therapy
- Therapeutical blocks
- Administration of the Dysport pharmaceutical in cases of hemicrania
- Therapeutic exercises (this includes a set of exercises aimed at the improvement of muscle tone of neck and upper pectoral arch, and general health-promoting exercises).
- Daily individual physical therapy procedures based on health condition (magneto-phototherapy, laser therapy, darsonvalization, electrophoresis of medications, massage of the head and spinal cord areas).

Complex regional pain syndrome

About the Program

Sessions at mechanical therapy station Motomed. - Daily individual physical therapy procedures based on health condition (magneto-phototherapy, magneto-laser therapy, darsonvalization, electrophoresis).
- Psychological counseling (cognitive function training and psychological correction).
- Occupational therapy (arm and wrist motor skill training, everyday skill training). Art therapy (sculpturing and drawing).
- Massage.
- Dry carbon dioxide baths.
- Needle therapy.
- Neuropsychologic diagnostics of speech and, if required, development of a logopedic correction program.
About the Program

- Occupational therapy (arm and wrist motor skill training, everyday skill training). Art therapy (sculpturing and drawing).
- General physical therapy. This includes functional activity training (transferring from the lying position to sitting and standing position, training the correct sitting posture, training postural control, physical exercises aimed at the expansion of the range of movements, equilibrium and coordination).
- Massage (the massage area is selected individually and may include the collar zone, back muscles and limbs).
- Neuropsychologic diagnostics of speech and, if required, development of a logopedic correction program.
- Psychological counseling (cognitive function training and, where needed, psychological correction).
- Individual physical therapy procedures based on health condition (magnetothreapy, phototherapy, thermotherapy, pulse electric therapy).
HOW CAN I UNDERGO THERAPY AND REHABILITATION AT THE RCMC?
To be liable for therapy and rehabilitation at the RCMC, you will need a referral from your counseling physician.
- Call the Contact Center to make an appointment with a neurologist
- Conclude an agreement for the provision of paid services at the reception (if there is a referral from a doctor, show it to the medical registrar)
- Pay the invoice at the cash desk of the RCMC or through ERIP
- On the appointed day, come for a consultation
