This publication intended for medical specialists presents a method of surgical treatment of colorectal cancer against the background of an adhesive process in the abdomen. Techniques of adhesive process severity assessment at the preoperative stage, the procedure of trocar installation, the essential approaches to adhesiolysis and its scope required depending on the localization of the tumor are described. Apart from the above, standard principles of laparoscopical surgery of colorectal cancer depending on its localization are discussed.
