Training guidance book: V. P. Kirilenko, A. A. Poddubny, P. S. Rusakevich
The guidance book offers essential information related to diagnosis and therapy of not only benign and malignant nodular neoplasms of the female breast, but also of other disorders and conditions of mammal glands that an obstetrician-gynecologist may encounter in their clinical practice. A focus is made on “reasonable conservatism” in the detection of benign nodular lesions especially in women whose reproductive stage has just started. The book covers questions frequently asked by obstetricians/gynecologists in relation to mammal gland cancer during pregnancy and in the nonpregnant state, and discusses the particularities of diagnostics, treatment, rehabilitation, screening and prognostication, prophylaxis and improving the quality of life of patients.
The training guidance book is intended for competence development and additional training courses, for interns, obstetrician-gynecologists of all levels, carcinologist-gynecologists, mammologists, X-ray and ultrasound diagnostics specialists and senior students of medical schools.
